The type of Breathwork you can expect will be a combination of Integrative Breathwork and Meditative Breathwork.
Integrative breath involves breathing consciously for short periods of time and promotes relaxation and mental clarity.
Meditative Breathwork involves conscious breathing over a longer period, allowing the release of stress and anxiety from the body and promoting healing and transformation.
You can expect fully guided sessions tailored to meet you exactly where you are, allowing you to work within your own comfort levels, inviting choice and encouraging autonomy throughout the entire process. Breathwork takes each person on their own unique journey.
The Facilitator- Tarah Daly
Tarah has a degree in psychology, is a qualified trauma aware breathwork coach, and a trained cacao medicine facilitator. Tarah is passionate about holding safe space for people, inviting them to come into presence; to reconnect with their bodies; regulate their nervous systems; and bring about transformation in their lives.
