Nervous System Reset, from the Ground Up
About this event
Breathwork, movement & systemic constellations to release what your body's been holding. A nervous system reset held simply, in the body and on the land. As Lughnasa marks the year's first turning the corner between growing and gathering, we bring breath, movement, and stillness shaped to the natural rhythm of the day. Alongside this, we draw on family constellations work to trace the systemic patterns underneath how we hold conflict within and without. Participants will also be guided through the process of building their own minute daily practice to take away and keep something small, sustainable, and truly theirs. No performance, no fixing. Just genuine process, done as well as we can with what we have. Participants leave with a felt sense of regulation in the body, a clearer view of the systemic patterns shaping how they hold conflict, a renewed connection to natural cycles of the day, the season, and the land. And a simple daily practice of their own to carry the work forward beyond the event itself. A homegrown lunch will be served. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. No experience with breathwork, movement, or constellations work is required. Come as you are.
