Gareth has been sharing his experience of educating people on food systems that benefit everyone. Ireland currently exports 90% of the food it produces. He added that Ireland also imports 80% of the food we eat, calling this a lose-lose situation. A big part of the work done at Siolta Croi is exploring alternatives.
