Bridgette brings sustainability strategy and design thinking experience to Síolta Chroí's mission of regenerating people and wider nature.

Background

Bridgette is a sustainability strategist, master design thinker, change facilitator and mentor with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement across the public, private and community sectors. Based in the west of Ireland, she has worked as an ambassador for the region, helping develop unique experiential ventures and sustainable business models. She is passionate about aligning strategy with purpose and building high-performance, collaborative teams.

Approach & philosophy

Bridgette believes that sustainability is, at root, a design problem — one solved by aligning business, community and ecosystem so they reinforce each other. At Síolta Chroí she contributes a strategic, human-centred lens, helping the organisation grow its impact while staying true to its regenerative principles.
