Background
Ryan has a background in agriculture, environmental science, outdoor education and community work. His previous experience has given him grounding in farming. He joined Síolta Chroí to be part of an organisation that combines hands-on land work with education and community-building.
Approach & philosophy
Ryan believes that real, lasting change happens through patient, place-based practice — through doing the work, showing what's possible, and inviting others in. At Síolta Chroí he contributes to the daily work of regeneration on the ground.
